Prior to use, please make every effort to inspect items for fit, color, missing pieces or damage. If you are not satisfied or encounter a manufacturing defect outside of ordinary wear and tear, please notify our customer service right away. We will make it right! SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping
All domestic clothing orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Stickers and small items ship via USPS 1st Class Mail. Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order. Once shipped, please allow up to 1 week of transit time for your package to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please email us with your order number and we will notify you of your order status.

International Shipping
All international clothing orders ship via USPS International Priority Mail. Stickers and small items ship via USPS International 1st Class Mail. Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order. Some international orders will incur an import duty/tax upon delivery. This is a separate expense from the shipping fee. It is a tax that individual countries charge when importing goods from outside its country, and the expense is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

RETURN POLICY

To receive a refund or exchange, items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of your order date when purchased online. Original condition means the item is not washed, worn (aside from trying it on), damaged or altered and returned with all hangtags and original packaging where possible. Item must have no stains or odors (smoke, pets, etc). Any item not meeting the condition standards of this policy will be returned at the customer’s expense.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

All personalized and custom made products sales are final (i.e. leather key chains, bookmarks with stamped personalized texts) with the exception of items that have a manufacturer defect or in the event that our custom department made a mistake in crafting your personalized product. In that case we will offer a full refund or do everything in our power to correct the issue and expedite a new custom product. What ever you the customer desires for the exchange or refund in that moment.

EXCHANGES

Due to constantly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for size or color, the best way to do that is to return your item for a refund, and repurchase the item you desire directly from our website. This ensures that you get the item you want in the quickest possible way.

CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER

SIZING

We do our best to assure you are satisfied with your fit so we list our sizes in two places. Garment measurements are found near the bottom of each individual page and also included in the image selections of each garment. Since no two people are alike and God created a multitude of shapes some of our shirts come in various styles and fits to accommodate different shapes and sizes. So if your a woman and don't care for the fitted tapered cut there is a chance we have the same design in our Dolman line of shirts. Dolman shirts have a more relaxed flowey feel to them while being able to maintain a stylish fit.  

FITTED EXPLAINED

The term “fitted” is a cut that has been designed to contour to the body more closely, with less bagginess and more form-fitting lines around the shoulders, arms, and torso. The arms have a snugger fit and the sleeve length tends to be shorter. If you are in doubt or questioning a fitted tee and your looking for a more relaxed fit we highly recommend sizing up one size. For example if you normally wear a large men’s relaxed tee shirt we would recommend sizing up to a XL tee. This will give you a truer relaxed fit sizing but with more tapered qualities.

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we can't guarantee product availability and products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order (we'll try not to though).
